A Lecture by Dr. William Kellar on the Role of the M.D. Anderson Foundation in Founding the TMC

On Monday, May 4, 2015 Dr. William Kellar, author of Enduring Legacy: The M. D. Anderson Foundation and the Texas Medical Center, will speak on “Monroe Dunaway Anderson’s Enduring Legacy”. Sponsored by the Friends of the Texas Room at the Houston Public Library’s Central Branch downtown, the event will take place in the first floor auditorium of the library’s Julia Ideson Building, 500 McKinney Avenue. A reception will begin at 6:00 P. M. followed by the program at 7:00 P. M. The event is free and open to the public. Parking is available underneath the adjacent Jones Library Building accessed from Lamar Avenue, or on the street. Vouchers for parking in the library’s garage will be available at the meeting.
