TMC Star Course: The U.S. Health Care System and Its Place in the World, Jan 22 – April 23

“The U.S. Health Care System and Its Place in the World” is an online live weekly webinar series highlighting eminent national health policy experts who are the “stars” of health policy, (hence the name the STAR course) will engage students from four universities (The University of Texas School of Public Health, the University of Virginia, Cornell University, and Vanderbilt University) in a one hour question and answer session. Members of the public are invited to listen, although the students taking the course for credit are the ones asking the questions. Leading the course is Arthur Garson Jr., M.D., MPH, and director of the TMC Health Policy Institute, and Carolyn Engelhard, Director of the Health Policy program at U.Va.

The course is Thursdays at 6:00 PM from January 22-April 14.
