Dr. Walsh is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Dr. Beverly Walsh, Out of the Office and into the Field: Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. Using a holistic approach, Dr. Walsh draws from a variety of methods and techniques to do what is most helpful for each individual to reach identified goals. A special focus in my practice is the use of horses in the growth and learning process, otherwise known as Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Learning. With the horse as a partner, people quickly experience the trust, confidence, and clarity that comes with building a relationship with a horse. University of Texas Medical School, Department of Psychiatry, UTHealth C.L.A.S.S. Clinic: Changing Lives through Autism Spectrum Services. Lunch n’ Learn seminar meets Tuesdays, 11:30-1pm. Professionals, administrators and parents welcome! All topics revolve around Mental Health, ADHD, Autism, Schools, etc. The fee is $25 for attendance. Bring your own lunch. Come prepared to fellowship and meet people and professionals who are going through exactly what you are going through. This is a great opportunity to reach out and touch the community.
